The main raw material of C5/C9 copolymer petroleum resin is cracked C9. It mainly contains unsaturated aromatic compounds such as styrene-based toluene, indene, and methyl indene. By introducing C5 into C9 and conducting copolymer modification, the resulting C5/C9 copolymer petroleum resin not only possesses the characteristics of both aliphatic resins and aromatic resins but also improves its compatibility with EVA; moreover, it also has good solubility in various solvents.
